Dude! Practice makes perfect!
What you need to do is practice just starting up a conversation period. So the next time your out in say a bus line or something just ask the cute girl what time it is or something. *note: don't have a watch on!!! Or if your in a music store just ask a girl what CD she would buy out of the two you have on you. It doesn't matter what you say really, the point of this exercise to just start learning how to open up a conversation. That is the hardest part for most people, is just the ability to go up and say hi.
Eventually you can start working on the conversation part. You've got to be natural and confident. Here's the best tip: SMILE! If your not smiling then your not giving off a positive vibe that a girl will dig.
Just work on those things bud, and practice alot. The more girls you talk to, the more chances you'll have for success. After all, you can't close every girl you talk to.

Well first off ask someone you like out, down the road if she's feeling the same and the L(love) word was mentioned by both you and her. Take her someplace special, make sure you buy a nice ring, then surprise her down on one knee and ask for her hand in marriage.
