Yes he did. The question that follow this is - if he knew and allowed it, does it mean that he took the side of the terrorists?
Because of all the bad things that happen, I prefer to think that there is not God at all. That's make much more sens.

Well, I as much as it grieves me to sound like a Bible Thumper, there was mention of the WTC encrypted in the BIble. Every 7th Character when strung together mentioned about the Oklahoma City Bombing, Hitler, and the WTC.

If you look at the Airlines that crashed into the Towers, you'll see 11 surface. 9/11 translates to God(9=I=1 in Roman Numerals) Aquarius(11/11th Sign).

We're moving into the Age of Aquarius. The Twin Towers symbolizes 11 or if you roll back the Clock to Roman Numerals, it would be II for Gemini meaning the Sign of Communication.

So no matter how smart other people may be, they know the incorrect information. Even if the Jesus Christ figure introduced onto the Planet isn't as smart as some of the most brilliant minds and scientists on the Planet, he or she will still know more after studying the correct information.

Who knows. But in terms of human life loss 9/11 is not very significant. We lost some people because of hurricane Katrina yet we did not lose nearly as many as were lost in Asia because of the tsunami. In Iran earthquakes kill 50,000 people regularly. America has escaped most of the tragedies that are common place in the rest of the world.

Since God is omnipotent, the simple answer is.... YES! However, there are sooooo many things going on in the mind of a GOD, affairs of state and such... try to think of it in terms that you can understand... Let's say God is the landlord... and we are the tenants. God doesn't ONLY own Earth! Course not! That would be counter productive; you see, he's (for simplicity I say "he", because God is actually neither man nor woman... but beyond physical form), he owns several "apartment buildings", (sentient planets) and manages and cares for them... so perhaps he was in another neighborhood when this terrible event took place.
