I would accuse Bush of funding a research on weapons that could trigger hurricanes and then pay extremists to attack his country with hurricane katrina....

It was George Bush! he went to the carribean with his weather machine and he made hurricane katrina and sent it to new orleans with specific instructions to only do damage to poor people and minorities. then dick cheney went around looting and shooting people with his shotgun. impeach! impeach!
