Did she ask you for advice, yet? Be ready to give her one when that happens. Just tell her how you feel about the situation without judging her.
Is your Mom happy? If yes...isn't that wonderful? If no....then you definitelt have to talk some sense into her.
Just be happy with her and for her. Make sure your Mom will not remember you not being happy for her when she was in love...

Maybe your mom isn't looking for something serious. Maybe she just wants somebody to have fun with. Rather than advice, just think how you would want to be treated by her if she did not approve of the person you are dating. Then apply the golden rule. And don't worry, if your mom decides she wants a serious relationship, it won't be with somebody younger than her own daughter! This too shall pass.

My dad was dating a 50 year old and he was 38 I know that is not as bad, but it can be embarrassing, i know. My dad is now engaged to a women 1 year younger then him. He saw reality maybe with a little time and a little bit of hints from you your mom will too.

I am 44 with a 25 year old son. I could not imagine dating some one younger than my son. I have always like older guys. The point is though she is your mother and can make her own decisions. You sound like a responsible intelligent adult so she obviously knows what she is doing.

Love her, but leave her alone. She is fully grown and then some, she knows what she is doing. And if the guy leaves her, she'll recover. The more you harp at her, the more your relationship will be endangered.

Love her, support her if she needs you and stay out of it.

are you doing this because you are jelous or because you seriously dont think something is going to happen. if you dont want them going out because u are jelous then wow that is shallow. if not, then just talk to your mom about small things that u notice about him that tip u off in that direction. then shell shove u off sure, but shell also start noticing those things and eventually dump him

I would feel the same way if it was my mom. 27 yrs difference in age is big. You need to be supportive of your mom because chances are it won't last and she will need you when he dumps her. Have you tried to tell your mom how you feel? I would. good luck

Well maybe she doesn't want anything real serious either.I mean she must not or she would date some one her own age.But either way it goes she is your elder so i wouldn't;t say anything just wait to see if she comes to you.

Maybe she just wants mindless sex because that is usually why young men date older women.
