When the living entity revives the original spiritual form, that is temporarily covered by a gross material body and conditioned subtle mind, the spiritual conscience is a component part of the eternal personality.
We always have the opportunity to leave the spiritual world again having once returned, because we always have the right to exercise our free will and cover ourselves again in an illusory material identity.
In great books of wisdom, such as the Bhagavad Gita, it is stated that when one returns to the Spiritual world, one "never" returns to this temporal realm of material existence, however the tendency is there through mis-use of free will and disconnection from conscience, to fall again, but "never" means "practically never". An analogy would be asking a member of the Jewish community, if they would like to return to Auschwitz. They can use their free will to go, but practically no-one will.

No, Christians will no longer have a conscience because the Bible says when we enter Heaven we will have the mind of Christ; there is no use for a conscience because it will impossible for us to do wrong, just as it is impossible for Christ to do wrong.

I'm confused about how answers to your last question are indicators of much of anything. Yes, "conscience" means "with knowledge" and we will most certainly know right from wrong in heaven.

Conscience is The Holy Spirit guiding you and showing you right from wrong and how to live the way God wants us to. In Heaven we will be in God's presence, and there will be no more wrong. The Holy Spirit will be everywhere!

It is interesting to see that the term conscience is just taken by most who answer to just be their thoughts and memories. Perhaps that is one way for justifying what they believe.
You meant conscience in terms of morals and ethics not literal memories. Like feelings of remorse and regret....
