No. It's not okay to do that. If she falls in love with you, her relationship with her husband will be ruined. Why not flirt with a woman that is single. Play it safe and right. Because of people like that, divorce rate is very high. You may be at work, but if she makes a move on you and asks for your number.. or even meet right after work, etc... then you shoul just call it off and do yourself a big favor. She ain't worth it. She's married... find yourself another 'unmarried' woman to flirt with.

I flirted more when I was married. Seemed like a challenge, though I never acted on the flirting. It was harmless, and the hubby didnt mind.

It is wrong to flirt with a married woman, you are asking for trouble. it doesn't make any difference if you re at work. Go to a bar or someplace else to meet a woman.

If you don't have any intentions sexually with her and nothing happens from you flirting with her fine. Flirting is natural and everybody does it. Flirting isn't cheating in most peoples perspectives if just depends if you act on it.

You shouldn't be flirting at work. At best, people will talk about it. At worst, the woman could sue you for harassment.
