There's this guy who approach me about 5 months ago and we have grown to be great friends. The other day, i asked him how he feel about me and he said that i was a nice person, someone to lookup to, someone to depend on, and someone to help out in time of need, and a good friend to talk to, so I am asking do I have a chance of taking this relat. to another level and do you think he will like me. do I need to come straightout and say it.

He walks me out and gives me a hug before leaving, he have kissed me, and we have wrapped up 2gether and watched movies together. and he invites me over once a week for a movie. Does he really like me or he is being a little friendly.

have you guys spent alone time together? suggest a more intimate outing next time - like a romantic restaurant. just say something like "i've been dying to try this place out, let's go!" try to steer the conversation towards relationships about how they should have a solid foundation of friendship...hint, hint, lol. send all the signals he needs. use every opportunity to be close, brush hands against eachother, hug, etc. in the end i would just kiss him by surprise and see what his reaction is.

yeah, it could all blow up in your face but you're not gonna know unless you try...

From what you say I would be careful.
As individuals we each have x amount of problems which we can cope with.
If we become involved with a person who cannot handle their own problems you end up with double the amount eventually it will collapse.
Take care!

I myself wouldn't rush in and express my feelings straight out,he might not only say no,but he might start feeling uncomfortable around you,and it sounds like you have a pretty good friendship.I would ask questions without sounding to obvious, when your talking to him next.Hope it all works out for you, best of luck.
