Its not Lohans but you can try this:)

TERIYAKI STEAK

1 round steak
Seasoning to taste
Flour
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. onion
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce

Pound steak until thin, cut into strips, season, dredge in flour. Place in hot fat. Cut green pepper and onion. Cook in hot fat until brown. Add teriyaki sauce and cook over low heat until tender. You may need to add water as it cooks. Serve over rice.

FOR THE GRILL STEAK OR CHICKEN
TERIYAKI

4 sirloin strip steaks
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 (20 oz.) teriyaki sauce

Place steak or chicken in bowl. Pour in teriyaki sauce and let sit overnight. Cook on grill until desired.

STEAK TERIYAKI

Steak
Mushrooms
Green pepper
Onion
Cooking oil
Teriyaki sauce

Cut your steak into small pieces. Place in bowl. Pour some teriyaki sauce over it; set aside. Slice or dice onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Brown steak in just enough cooking oil to keep it from sticking. Add more teriyaki for more flavor, if desired. Add onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Serve with rice and rolls. Beef flavored Rice-A-Roni goes well with this.
