3.09 in merrill, wis-- i have a discount card and could get it for 3.03 a gallon or i go to county market that has a gas station there and some food that is in the store gives you money off a gallon of gas-- up to 15 gallons. Last year when it was around $3 a gallon, i paid maybe .30 a gallon for gas. also there are 2 websites that i go to for gas. those tells you where its the cheapest and stuff

about 96p per litre of petrol
a litre is about a quarter of a gallon and 96p is just a wee bit lower than two dollars.
so make it 8$ a gallon by your standards.

its $1.46.aud per litre which is aprox $6.00 australian per gallon which has nearly trebled in the last 4 years in sydney.so its about $5.20.so looking at your other answers in the usa they shouldnt complain ..and we are aprox 80% self sufficient ,plus we sell tens of millions of lpg to other countries,we are all supposed to be on the world parrity price but obviously not,

here in the philippines they sell gasoline by liter
1 liter - 42 pesos average.
that's about 80 cents plus on USA
