start with the ru on the top, go clockwise, ( follow the letters - RU then NNING ) spells RUNNING. Running is written clockwise around Block.

Could be something "around the block"? (the block in the middle so everything else is around it is the only thing I could see right off the bat.)
G R U could be "gee are you" as in gee, are you (something) going around the block? Still can't get the ninn
