From a medical standpoint, that is a high dose for a 12 year old, but not toxic.
As a general statement I don't think children should be given anti depressents or anti psychotics. People have been raising children for hundreds of years without them.
However, with the decline of our society it seems drugging our kids to make them well is ok.

Yes, that would be a crime. But CPS is not a law enforcement agency, so they don't arrest people. If they have hard evidence that it was occurring, then they probably will turn it over to the police to investigate. But the proof they need to remove a child from a home is not always the same level of proof needed for a criminal charge.

What in this world is seroquel for? Well if its a prescribed med and its prescribed for her, id say of course!! But if its an OTC I would ask the childs doctor first.

I was taking 100mg and I have so many left. I stopped because it was screwing with my circulation. My body parts would go numb. If I picked something off the ground my arm would tingle. I have never fainted before. I am physically fit. I got up to fast and wham, huge bump on my head. So NO!
