If you don't have somewhere private to go, book a nice hotel room, take her out to dinner etc, and then go for it. A much better option is to go away together for a weekend, and then you can spend as much time in bed as you like, and have a nice relaxing weekend as well. Be kind and considerate and respond to her needs, and that way you'll find your rhythm together.
And, of course, take all the proper precautions and make sure you have adeqaute protection etc.

She wants you to make the first move. If you are already otherwise physical, like kissing and rubbing, just stop, look her in the eye while removing a piece of her clothing. Don't say a word. She would stop you immediately if you read her wrong. Good Luck.
