Do you know, it's amazing! Just reading some of the answers to this question shows how easy it is for people to be lead into doing the exact thing they are accused of.
The word of God says:
2 Timothy 2:23
But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.
People, why are you all insulting one another? Why respond to insults with more insults?
Why render evil for evil?
And before anyone responds to this, there are some on here who have been polite to this question. Others have answered with sarcasm and spite. You each know how you have answered.
The truth is that bitterness leads to bitterness, strife to strife. What you sow, you reap.
So to the one asking the question I say: If you give insults, why do expect respect back?
To those answering with insults and sarcasm, why fight fire with fire? What do you expect to gain?
The Word of God is the truth, if you must answer questions like this, speak the truth in love and let the matter rest.

Im a devout christian and I never insulted you for anything, so why are you putting us in a category if you don't know us at all. Sorry for the opinionated statement and God Bless.

God wants us to defend ourselves, though your insults are pretty feeble. We only "turn the other cheek" when a fellow believer attacks us wrongly...you are not a Christian, so, expect some of our number to defend.
