I'm looking for a altar, or puja table for buddhist. Not too expensive, and not to bigh, just a little table, low to the ground, w/ enough room to put things on them.. and What items do I need for them aside a pic of buddha, flowers, incence candles and prayer beads? thanks!

You can use anything for your alter but you can purchase them too. Mine has a statue of Buddha, A plant/flower sits behind Him, Incense is in front of him in the middle, a very tiny bowl of water to his left (my right), and a very tiny bowl (actually these are like little handleless chinese tea cups that i had in a tea set, lol, but they look good) to his right that holds food offerings, i always just put some wildrice and a few pieces of candied ginger in mine. I only burn meditation incense because using regular ones are much too strong to enjoy while sitting in front of them trying to meditate. Oh, also I have a teeny photo of the Dalai Lama on my alter.
