I had meningitis when I was 5 months old.. I had fluid pressure on the brain & spinal cord. ( that was in year 1962 ) with no MRI machines , or CT scans like We have today ! the doctors had to drill very gently into mt skull and guess where the fluid build up was. He tried 2-3 different places. and Found the right place! A Ton of water or fluid like pressure gushed out ! And I was better. Then the doctor said back then in year '62 , to my mom & dad That I might get epilepsy ??? When he gets older? thats what happens with some people with meningits. I didnt get seizeres (epilepsy) till I was 29 years old. Thats Meningitis. They are some what controlled, I have 2 jobs, But I cant drive, I get a lite seizure about once a month.
