I'm guessing excersie and iet have already been crossed off your list because you want to lose weight fast. The honest answer is no get thin quick solution exists if one did everyone would do it and cost would be no object.
Your best bet is excerise and diet, watch what you eat, carb counting works for alot of people since they don't realize how many they typically take in during a normal day but I do not recommend no carbs just cut back your amount and eat healthy foods if you can. Water works pretty well, but again takes time since you may see weight go up initially when you start drinking more before your system begins to purge icky stuff from your system. Excerise doesn't have to be a 'work-out' just walking around your neighborhood on a schedule a few times everyday can do wonders for your body!

To Lose weight for free do the simple things: Dance, Jog or Walk, Get Good Sleep, don't be a couch potato, eat whatever you want to eat just portin your food. You must eat in small portion, snack through out the whole day with healthy yougurt and fruits and stuff. Most importantly Don't stress yourself out, because its not good. And Never Skip meals, Dont crash diet...you gain weight from that. Hope this works :) Remeber small portins, exercise and no stressing yourself out.

At 12 years old dieting should not be an issue. You are still growing into your body. You need to eat a balanced diet, get exercise, and make sure you have a healthy body image. Despite what kids may say to you being jerks, most teens who consider themselves fat really aren't. As long as you are healthy be happy with who you are right now and wait until your body adjust to all these upcoming changes.

First, see your doctor. He will give you advice. If your parents won't take you, then just eat sensibly. Someone your age needs to eat healthy and get lots of excercise. Believe it or not, skipping meals will make it harder for you to lose because your body will think it's starving and start holding onto more calories instead of losing them. Just eat smaller portions and eat slow, not fast. Drink plenty of water and excercise and you will lose weight you don't need. Don't lose too much as you will be growing and end up looking sick if you are too skinny after you grow a few more inches.

Try eating more veg's and fruits. Cut back on the fast foods. Try to walk or riding a bike. Start by doing one mile then work your way up to more. If you are really having a hard time with this talk to your mom or dad about seeing your doctor. Good Luck

Ttry what I'm doing....
Write down a diet plan for each week ahead of the time. Also write ceratin excercises to do for at least 30 minutes a day. Don't pick at food. And watch the ever evil, but tasty carbs...

Quit eating so much junk food, like cookies, chips and candy. No more soda. Drink lots of water. Quit eating McFats and other fast food. Excersize, go for walks... Main thing is, don't sit on the couch all day and eat cheetos.

12 year olds have a metabolism fast enough to break up almost any food. just stay active (running, swimming, biking etc.) sports are good too. sitting infront of your tv playing xbox 'working out your fingers' will not help you lose weight.

If you are 12 years old and not morbidly obese...I wouldn't even worry about it. You are still going through changes and your metabolism isn't settled...
If you absolutely need to, though, I suggest jogging every morning and drinking water all day.

if u really need to lose weight u can execsise everyday for half an hour and u can look on the internet for healthy meals
