You may confront me I have no issue with that. You may believe as you choose it is not for me to tell anyone other than myself what should be believed. I respect your right to choose and believe as you will. Do I agree with the theology? No. If asked in a question will I state why? Yes. If that is offensive to you I am sorry but I am merely answering the question as asked. When I deal with people I do not base the person on their belief system but what kind of person they are; that is just the way I am.

Why do religious people spend so much time discounting the belief of non-believers? Aren't you doing exactly what your complaining about? If we take out the word "faith" and change it into beliefs, people have a right to believe there is no God and trust in science. You have to find the answer from sources you trust, from you your heart, for others science or whatever they believe. Was this supposed to be an actual question or are you just venting?

THESE non believers, are just regular people that their time has not come yet, they lack the knowledge of the Lord, because this world is going to fast for it's own good, so basically they don't take the time to pray, or soak in anything they don't understand, they aren't listening, to the word, some will in time, mostly when something goes bad, wrong then they would seek God.

If non religious people argue about points of faith, isn't it a test of your faith to have a good counter argument to each point? I argue about points of faith because it is also a test of my convictions. We come here to understand each other, and to debate about religion--the most controversial subject in history. If someone doesn't believe as you do, defend your faith, don't call foul! Everyone is different, and we all believe differently based on upbringing and education. Let's come here and talk about the big elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about. Opening up a dialogue is important, and the truly open-minded will have some myths and misunderstanding dispelled. And at the end perhaps agree to disagree.

Today is the first time in my life I have openly mocked religion. I am an atheist. I was raised a catholic, baptized and confirmed. But I can't buy into the bull **** anymore. Why is it that you pro Godders spend so much time slamming on us? We all choose to live our lives the way we want to, whatever way makes us happy. When "God" created man, "he" gave us the choice to choose. If "he" wanted all of "his" creatures to belive "he" was here, "he" would make it so. But it is my right to choose my beliefs and not yours. If it is true, then at the end of time, us non believers will pay with eternal damnation, and I guess we will deserve it. But until then, I will go on with my belief. I just hope at the end of your life, you aren't too disappointed.

You just demonstrated the answer by long-winded dissertation. Most religious people aren't really searching for much, rather they're trying to prove the to others what they already believe. They ask a question, they answer it. There's no real listening involved.

I own a replica of the "English" Qur'an, a Buddhist "Bible", I own a replica of the e book of Mormon, dabbled in lots of Hindu Vedas, and function yet to envision the holy e book of the Sikhs, and the Baha'i''i faith yet i comprehend somebody who's a Baha'i''i. So i'd say I even have spent a superb volume of time on investigating others faiths. I nevertheless do it, I appreciate discovering approximately different religions as a results of fact I learn a splash extra approximately my own with the aid of doing so.

Cause they have nothing better to do and want to make themselves feel superior by making inferior comments about others. I make no bones about the fact that I don't respect those people...I think they are hypocrites, as bad as any religious fanatic, if not worse.

They have nothing to do, so they want to put us down by asking who is God, and how do you know that there is a God, it's about believing, we believe he is there, and we also know that he is there, they are just afraid to admit he is here, because they have lead a life of sin!

God bless you. I have learned that on this site, just let them ramble on with their nonsense. It cuts to the bone sometime, but God is the Great Healer. And I think we should be praying for these people. That is one thing they can't keep us from doing, and Jesus said pray also for your enemies.
