I would make breakfast burritos and take them in to the people I worked with. It kept them full and off my back.
It's a flour tortilla filled with hashbrowns (you find them in the freezer section), scambled egg and maybe some bacon or sausage. If I'm going to eat it then I scramble the eggs with chorizo and then add the hashbrowns and some cheese to it. When I have this I sometimes don't eat until the following day. It's a great breakfast. Toast and peanutbutter, or ham, egg, and cheese on two pieces of toast. Cook your egg(s) in a bowl in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and it will come out the perfect size for your sandwich.

try these my very own tuna omelet, just take a can of tuna , drain the oil add 2 eggs and green bell pepper and also a dash of salt and ground black pepper then fry it in a skillet.
