Please tell me how i can lose 12 lbs. in a few weeks! I need help really bad.....I need like what i should eat, good ecersices that will help me lose the wieght, and anything else that will help me lose the wieght fast!

Any quick fix diet will not help. You may lose the weight, but you will always gain it back. I don't think there is any way to lose weight that quickly unless you starve yourself which is never good! You just have to eat healthy and exercise every day. Eventually the pounds will start melting away. Make sure to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. No soda! Soda is one of the worst things you can drink. I have heard that eating a few small meals a day is better than eating big meals. Also try not to eat past like 6 pm. Anything you eat late at night just sits in your body as you sleep. You may want to try joining weight watchers. They can give you great recipes and help you with portion control.

If you don't like to exercise, at least take a 20 minute walk every day. Good luck!

Losing weight fast is a ridiculous mistake, and accident waiting to happen. A sane goal never goes over 2 pounds a week.

ok you wanna lose weight fast! heres what you do: get up at like 6:00am and eat a small bowl of special k. cereal( or whatever cereal you like), do 100 sit-ups, go to the gym and get on the tredmil and run a mile, do 100 sit-ups again, go to lunch and eat a quater half sandwich on wheat bread with the meat you like( no mayo! ) from a subway or mr.goodcents, do 100 sit-ups, for dinner just eat a healthy meal, then do 100 sit-ups. if you do that everyday for a week or so, the pounda will drop like a bomb!!!! good luck!! also... i woould cut out any white bread cuz its so fatning - wheat is ok tho.

Cut sugar out of your diet and run everyday. This worked for one of my friends, he dropped a lot of weight in a matter of weeks.

i lost 14 pounds in one week. i had wheatabix for breakfast and a low low fat yoghourt later in the day. and i drank lots of water. this was all i ate for seven days and i lost a whole stone!! do the same but don't start eating loads at the end of it, build up your calorie intake slowly so you don't gain back all the weight again. and by the way this isn't at all healthy!!
