It is not particularly expected to do sit-ups every morning and every night. You need to combine several exersizes that work for you.You cant expect to lose weight just by doing sit-ups although that can be part of your work out.You can do the whole work out in the morning or in the evening every day,Depending on your schedule. In reality NO ONE has time to do work outs of the morning or the evenings both because of work, school, etc.I would recommend for morning work outs but everyone is different,it simply refreshes you and gets your pumped and ready for the day! What i would suggest you do is work out a plan that is good for you.Have some great cardio exercises included in your plan as well. Now,to lose weight not only do you need to have a great work out/exercise plan but also eating healthy. You have to balance each other out because if you work out and eat junk the working out isnt going to do much. What i would suggest is that you write out a menu for the week.Do your shopping once a week,Do NOT go to the store starving, because if you do your going to buy something quick and that isnt particularly healthy for you.Dont deprive yourself of any foods, use the sweets as rewards for weight loss. After you lose so much weight, reward yourself by having some of your favorite dessert and then use it for that purpose only. So,as i was saying make out a plan like have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack all planned out,so you arent searching for something.Have small fruits and veggies ready for when you need a quick snack. Also, keeping a journal helps you keep track of your weight loss as well as notes or keeping a schedule, you can also write out your menu in your journal. It isnt as hard as it seems just takes time and dedication and im sure you can achieve it,good luck!!!

Sit ups will tone your muscles in your stomach, if you want to lose fat off the top of the muscle you'll need to add some exercise into your routine. Brisk walking, treadmill, kickboxing, aerobics, tae bo, anything to make you move for a minimum of 30 minutes working up to an hour. Your body starts to burn fat after 20 minutes.
Also diet is key. Consider cutting back on your portions and limiting these foods to several times a week: cheeses, sodas, fried foods, fast foods, sugary treats.

Sit ups are acctually very bad for your back! and if your spine is not in proper alignment it can in fact affect your body's weight. Crunches are better (keep back straight) or you can lie flat on your back and lift both leggs off the floor and hold for a few seconds for 8 to te reps
But this basically builds muscle and although the more muscle you have the less fat your body will keep remember that muscla weighs more than fat so don't watch the scale for your progress watch inches lost.

Exercise at night will screw up your sleep. It actually wakes you up. Always in the morning.
