I've done them all and I've noticed biking tends to make your abs stronger than running.

Shooting hoops would be the only choice for chest, but hitting the weight bench, or doing push-ups would give you better/quicker results.

Anything that causes you to lose weight/body fat will give the appearance of a better toned body.

Brisk walking, shooting hoops for a minimum of 30 minutes, working up to an hour. Your body starts to burn fat after 20 minutes.

Of your choices, playing basketball is the best, as you actually use your upper body. But, there are better activities for your upper body like swimming, push ups, sit ups, baseball, etc.

do palaties it really works it might hurt for the first couple of times but it has great results.good luck!
