If you contact me with your email address, I will gladly give you a diet based on Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem (unfortunately, yahoo answer's email system doesn't have enough "characters" to allow me to send the diet through them). You can do it yourself at home. You won't need to measure anything or count calories. It is already proportioned. It involves all food groups and is based on 1250 calories. Very healthy. I have shared it with many askers on yahoo answers. Just click on my avatar.

Commit yourself to lifelong healthy lifestyles first, and it will always be free.

A good diet will have to take into account any health issues you have, your body type, your activity level. So if you have any chronic health issues like asthma, talk to a doctor about it. But basically I'd say find out your bmi, your weight and height, what your weight should be for your body type, age, gender and height, and then eat the appropriate amount of calories. IKeep a food diary for a week and write down the calories of each item you eat. f you're snacking too much, or eating the wrong kind of things, cut out 250 unneeded calories per day till you get to the proper amount. Eat only good things, and a variety of those things, in balance. Drink enough water, vary your types of exercise doing some significant exercising at least thirty minutes per day and get enough sleep.

But definitely ask a professional if you have health isssues or are more than twenty pounds overweight.

EXERCISE! thats all it takes, honestly, the best advice someone once gave me was, make sure you exercise is equal to your food intake, and if you want to loose weight then make your exercise output greater than your food intake. works for me!
