Healthy snack foods? Raw vegetables, raw vegetables and raw vegetables.

I love raw carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, not to mention celery.

The next best thing is fresh fruit, fresh fruit and fresh fruit.

Apples, pears, plums, grapes, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fresh (not canned, frozen or preserved in any other way) fruit.

Apples, oranges, kiwi, grapes, bananas, nectarines, peaches and other fruits. Vegetables like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery are good for you too. Salads are good but watch out for the calories and fats in the dressings.

I love smoothies for the summer and you can make them yourself. Type in "healthy smoothies" and you can find plenty. Nature Valley health bars are good for in between meals, bananas, these are the things I munch on besides fruits.
