Cardio, which means brisk walking for at least a half hour, treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, kickboxing, tae bo, aerobics, anything that will make you move and sweat, to start, for 30 minutes, this burns fat, which are what the breasts primarily are.

Simply exercising and concentrating on exercises that workout the pectoral muscles (breast muscles). Try doing light weights about 40-60 times per set for a total of 3 sets. That will tone up the area and burn fat.

Aerobics and cardio are great for your body overall, so I would say start with that. I would probably not do as many exercises that focus on your pectoralis (chest muscles) once you are getting closer to your desired chest size because if you work those muscles enough, your chest will start to increase again--but this time it will be all muscle ;)

Not sure - send a picture. Don't want to give you any advice without all info. You may not even need to go smaller.

i think it takes a lot of work to do that. Like serious training. That's why a lot of college soccer players or other really serious athletes are pretty flat chested.
