sometimes hurting other people seems like the best way to protect urself. the more u care about someone the more u know they can hurt you and theres nothing u can do about it. - the more u feel like u have to show u dont care - no matter how much you do

being mean / trying to hurt back helps to make you feel like u do have some control but it never works in the long run. u can be in love with someone but if its no good for you sometimes the only thing u can do is walk away.

better to have loved and lost than never loved at all. if its meant to be its meant to be, time does crazy things!

YOU broke up with HIM? So if you broke up with him, and realize you made a mistake, that is a hard thing to ask for a "take back" on. I'm sure it hurt him and threw him for a loop. Give it some time and try to make it up to him? IF you are trying to fix what went wrong...keep trying and try harder! I wouldn't expect one conversation would lead you back into his good graces.
