No, they are only giving birth to a child, that will die, at an early age because of the desease that you gave them.
So I would concider adoption

Fortunately, not all babies born of an HIV+ mother end up HIV+. Most babies contract the virus during delivery. Studies have shown that if the mother is treated with anti-viral drugs during the pregnancy to make sure that the viral load is as little as possible prior to delivery and she is given a C-section there is a better chance of not passing it on to the baby. Is this a chance that I think HIV+ women should take if they know they are positive? I personally think that any chance to pass this on to a baby is too high, but am thankful that treatment options are much better than they used to be.

Chloe and Luca are my favorites. I even have not at all somewhat been prepared on the call Elijah, in spite of the undeniable fact that I do basically like the nickname Eli. Ezekiel is a sprint too unusual for my liking yet I do basically like the nickname Zeke. Shiloh basically jogs my memory of a dogs. Skye looks a sprint infantile and trashy to me. Lola, Cecilia, and Layla are not undesirable yet i for my section choose Chloe.

They should not, to control the spread of HIV. Besides, the innocent baby will only suffer the stupidity and ignorrance of their parents.

no, they should not but sometimes it happens anyway even with birth-control. other times, ppl are just selfish and don't care about bringing an innocent life to suffer right along with them.
