I'll give you a few: 1. The bible has never been proven wrong. Scientists and agnostics have tried and end up becoming Christians for example Lee Strobel-agnostic journalist who put Jesus on trial. 2. The obvious answer is look at nature and your surroundings, even the wonders of the human body. I don't believe that time alone is that creative-evolution is a theory but most people accept it as fact even teaching it in the classrooms. 3. I believe in microEvolution but there is no proof of macroEvolution. All the Lucys and other apemen we found were all either hoaxes or severe exaggerations, which many of the founders admitted to. The infamous Peppermint Moth ? Don't remember if that was the exact title but it was later found to be staged and yet it is still taught in schools. Just do your research on your own if you really want to know. No one can give you any reasons that may convince you. Just have an open mind and weigh both sides. Look into some apologetic books. Jack McDowell is pretty good. 4. Jesus really existed. Even non Christians admit to that. What is the evidence outside of the bible? Many respected Roman and Jewish historians. They say exactly what it says in the bible that a man claimed to be the messiah called the Christ was crucified and his body disappeared from the tomb and Christianity exploded afterwards. Let me know if you have any specific questions that I can help you with. This is something I am very interested in and have done some research.

1)Just because you can't see something physically doesn't mean that it isn't there.
Take the wind for example. You cannot physically "see" air, but look and Florida and all the hurricanes and you will see the power and the effects of the wind. You can't say "I can't see the wind, so it can't be real" tell that to the people who lost everything they held dear in the hurricanes.
2) The fact that all cultures and races have some sort of "religion" demands that there MUST be a God. Every people from the beginning of time had something that they worshipped...which to me proves that somewhere in the beginning of time...there was a REAL God.
3) every culture in the world has a historical account of "The Great Flood." there are marine (fish) fossils on the tops of mountains, How could that possibly be unless there was a God to cause the flood to happen?
4) take a Person's anatomy for example. There is a complex system of muscles, tendons, organs, skin, veins, blood, eyes, ears, smell...and if one of those systems gets out of wack...the end. You just CAN'T tell me that a complex system like that "evolved." If I leave a messy room alone for ten thousand years, all I'm going to get is dust, not a clean room. Everything degenerates, it's a proven fact, not evolves. So, something (God) had to create everything that we see.
Well, you asked for one reason and off the top of my head, I gave you four...I could probably come up with more, but I don't want to make this answer any longer than it really is. Good luck with your search

Once or twice in a lifetime something special will happen to most of us. What this is varies from person to person. Falling in love, giving birth, making love for the first time, seeing a perfect rainbow, surviving a car crash, meeting a long lost relative and so on. Something which you will never forget. When this happens to you try to force yourself to say "In the scheme of things this does not matter, there is no plan in anything and this is no more or less wonderful than a mug of cold coffee". If you cant find it in yourself to admit this as being true then there must be, at least a part of you that knows God and has seen some of His powers.

Is it really going to matter to you what I say. It seems like you are already set in your ways and nothing is going to change that. I also believe that you have heard a lot of good reasons about Christianity and did not accept them. Why would me telling you about God and His Son Jesus Christ, the person that died for our sins and by doing that gave us a chance to have everlasting life.
Would that change your mind? Could I tell you to get into a bible study group and open your mind, or give God a chance, would that change your mind at all. We all have our roads that we must choose, sometimes those roads are very rough but with the grace of God it makes it mush easier. Is that a good reason to believe? For me it is, I would not have it any other way.

I cannot give you a reason to believe, that is faith which comes from God when you seek to find the truth, and truth is absolute, not relative.
I CAN give you a reason to search for the truth. I believe in Jesus Christ as God incarnate, Who laid down His life as the ONLY acceptable sacrifice for all of the sin of mankind, and this gift is free to anyone who will accept it by believing in Jesus and repenting of their sin. If I am wrong, and you are right, when we die I've lost nothing. If I am right, and you are wrong, when we die you've lost everything.
Think about it.

My friend:
I could give you 101 good reasons: Like > Jesus loves you: and died to save you from your sin: & give you abundant life on earth & in heaven!! BUT… if your like every other agnostic/atheist I know, for every argument I give for: you would find at least 2, to counter argument against… & we would be here all day, going round and round in circles!!
To believe is a matter of ‘Choice’… a matter of using your God given ‘Freewill’ to have faith to believe: or not!! We could give you every reason under the sun… but unless you choose to have faith and believe: then we are just wasting our breath!!
A slight twist on a scripture: “I could talk to you of earthly things, & you do not, or would not understand: how therefore would you/could you understand: if I told you of heavenly things”?
If you are ‘Truly’ serious about answering your question, then you need to do something for: yourself!!
Study the Bible…don’t just read it: and ask God to help you understand it as you do!!
Go on an Alpha course and see what they have to teach on the subject!!
Visit sites such as this … http://christiananswers.net//directry.html … and study for yourself the many subjects & articles there… again asking God to help you understand… and have a little faith that He will!!
And last but not least… Pray!! When I first came to seek & know God: I prayed… “Lord I do not know whether you exist, don’t exist, are a fragment of my imagination or what… but if you are real… then PROVE it… SHOW me… In Jesus name… Amen!!
That was 22 years ago @ 21 years of age… All I can say is… my prayer has been answered 100 fold and more during that time!!
God bless you Amy: & Jesus ‘DOES’ love you… Amen… xoxoxo

The fact that you are breathing is a miracle.
Think of the odds that life exists at all... the physical constants being exactly finely tuned for intelligent life to exist. The exact conditions on our planet for life, the temperature, the water, the gravity, the tides... The complexity of life, DNA, embryos, the vastness of the starry sky at night, the glistening waterfalls... it cannot all be an accident...

if you are so sure he doesn't, why then do you bother with the question. what is your one good answer he doesn't exist besides the fact that you have ancient historical documents which have yet to be proven false, a people named Israel, and the reality of a person named Jesus, made mention of by secular historians. it appears you simply ignore the obvious and somehow think you should get enlightened by some shortcut and not have to use your intellect like the rest of us

I don't want to come off as weird, but it's the little things. Yes, I believe in Evolution and Science and all, but I still believe in God. But I see it as the reason why were alive, why we are here, why we have feelings and why we can share them. Do you believe in Miracles?
