My girlfriend tragically lost her prized bird. She is grief stricken. He was quite a fine specimen. The birds I've seen locally look a bit rough. Although I can't replace her lost bird, I hope to help ease the pain with a new feathered companion for her.

look for quaker parrots. they are very sweet, good talkers and just a little bigger than cockatiels.
