Ultram is 50 mgs of Tramadol only. No advil, no anything else. Ultracet is 37.5 mgs of Tramadol and 325 mgs of Tylenol.

I believe Ultram (I don't know about untram, so assume it was misspelled) has 50 mg of Tramadol, and Ultracet has both tramadol and tylenol.

Ultram has ibuprophen Ultracet has acteaminophen- in laymen's terms one has Advil the other Tylenol.

None. They are both tramadol hydrochloride. The difference is in the company marketing each.
