I am 5'9" and i weigh 148 lbs. I know I am not fat but I would like to tone up, i am working on a 6 pack doing 200 crunches nightly and i try to play basketball for 1/2 hour every day, I want to tighten up my chest and stomach and wonder what I can do to try and tone up before september 6th.

the time is too closed but keep doing excrise is the best chioce.

The basketball is good, it burns fat because it keeps you moving, and I assume your'e sweating doing it too! For your chest, you can do push ups, this is big time chest and tricep workout. You are doing the crunches so this is good too. The basketball will work off fat, crunches will tighten up the muscles underneath it.
Watch your diet too. Consider this: cut your portions in half, especially at night--Cut back on these foods and limit them to several times a week: cheeses, sodas, fast foods, fried foods, sugary treats. Drink plenty of water, if you don't like tap get the bottled.

Tighten up your chest by doing incline bench/machine/or dumbell presses. Push-ups work fairly well too.

when i wanted to lose weight i had to stick to so many diets,but the best shape i ever had was when i played basketball.
