Have you checked the boards at Nipissing yet that show rooms for rent? Are you looking for a 2 bedroom apartment or room and board with a family? If you can't find anything on the Nipissing side, go over to Canadore's side and see what they have. I used to go to Canadore and I was from out of town so I boarded with a family but they were friends of my family and only took girls. I'm not even sure if they still rent out a room but I know they don't have two and they do have cats.
