If you have a certain form of diabetis, then there will be ethyl glucuronide in your urine. Often people with this form of diabetis tend to have breath that smells of alcohol, and can even act "drunk" at times. But a blood test is the only way to determine if that is the true reason or not. That or a doctor's testimony that you have the condition (and proof, I'd be willing to bet).
