Is it ok to spy on her with binoculars if she is mowing in a bikini?

No, it's not okay... with binoculars. Try a telescope. A telescope is, usually, more powerful. And, by the way, why do you want to spy on her only when she is MOVING in BIKINI?! What about when she is just standing or sitting? How about moving, but naked? There are so many variants, stop thinking of movies...
Now, seriously, spying on people is wrong. It is not breaking the law...I think, it is just wrong, but you're going through a phase that all us us, at a certain time, went through. Some of us are still there...

I don't understand why a girl would mow in a bikini. She would get grass and dust all over her. I know it's hot work but its not safe.
Spying is creepy. Go and ask to help, and get a close up look. If she's out in a bikini she's likely not too worried about you seeing her, but don't be a creep

all guys would do it.... just dont "rub one out". Thats a bit psycho and pitiful. Seriously tho dude... you should just talk to her. If a girl is mowing in a bikini.... i dont think she is avoiding the positive attention.
Dont talk to her if you are hideous though... lol cuz you wont stand a chance. Instead i recommend you get better binoculars...and some lube. lol

but... to tell you the truth I have done that , with my guy neighboor with his shirt off, and man he was hot!
What you should do is just drop by when she is mowing the lawn and ask her if she needs any help, then u will get a little loook at her

OOOOOOOH YEAH!!! but my neighbor talks to me alot and she is always wearing tight outfits.... oh and yes it is ok to spy a little but not 2 mutch
