Yes, and it's still called a clipboard. You use it exactly the same way as in any other version of Windows. Generally, you hilight text and hit Ctrl-C to copy or right click and select "Copy" from the menu. Ctrl-v or clicking "Paste" will paste text. A similar procedure is used for pictures, files, and other objects. Good luck!
