Yes you can. How long have you been dieting and walking? Be patient. If your biggest accumulation of fat is in your abdominal area, it will take awhile to see the progress.
Your walking or torso track should be 4-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes, and working up to an hour. Your diet should be low fat, low sugar. You should be not eating after 7:30 at nite as this foods just sits on your stomach and dosen't get worked off, hope this makes sense to you..............

When you walk or jog or run you are using your abs a lot. After a long run my abs are sore for a couple days. Maybe you need to up your pace a little on your walks or walk for 100 steps and jog for 100 steps.

Anything that gets the cardiovascular system flowing will help reduce weight. But, to get a flatter tummy sit ups or crunches help.
