I don't know how to tell you to lose a BUNCH of weight in two weeks. 10 is the absolute most anyone should, and that's if they're exceptionally large and happen to work out for the first time in a while. 4-10 pounds is about what will happen if you do it the healthy way.
You should eat what is right for your body type and blood type. You find this out by knowing what healthy meals make you feel good and don't cause you to gain weight. Vegan meals? Semivegetarian meals? Can you eat dairy products? (If so, have at least three per day. You'll feel fuller and it's good for a body that exercises....)
Eat balanced meals and don't snack on fatty or sugary foods. If you snack too much, cut out a snack each day. Cut 250 unnecessary calories each day. If you don't know what is a healthy amount of calories for you to eat, ask a doctor or look up how to calculate your bmi or an appropriate amount for your body type and recommended size.
Exercise a normal amount of time every day, alternating different types of exercises every other day. If you're a jogger, don't jog every day, because the farther or faster you jog, the more accustomed to it your body becomes and the less weight you lose. Add some resistance exercises and cardio (check with a doctor first if you have asthma, heart problems, or allergies.)
Get plenty of rest every night or else your body can't do what it needs to do to help repair itself and take off weight.
You'll want to continue with a healthy lifestyle to keep off excess weight. Never try to lose weight fast; it's never healthy to do that.

You just used two mutually exclusive terms in the weight loss world...healthy and fast. The only good and effective way to lose weight is to exercise and eat right (meat, vegetables, fruit...leave sweets alone). You probably won't notice any difference in 2 weeks, more like 2 months to tell it is working. You can lump all the diet pills, fad diets, etc together and label them either dangerous or ineffective (or both).

Eat lil to no fat and carbs. 70% protein, 15% fat, 15% carbs.
90% of your beverages need to be water since they dont have calories or sugars.
Work out at least 3-6 times a week. If you have time even do two times a day (morning and evening).
2 weeks you'll drop 10 pounds.

i swear to god, its the best thing you can do.
I'm vegan, and i get very well, delicious food.
Your metabolism goes faster, and with an exersize program, you should lose weight with ease. In about a month i lost 15 pounds, but all i did was walk to work everyday. Its all in the vegan diet.

Running, jogging, cycling. Whatever, but u must sweat a lot. Have u tried nutrslim tea. It shows results within 2 weeks. Stay off starchy foods. Eat lettuce and tomatoes with every meal.
