1. There are many researches that shows things that happened in the bible. (places in the bible were discovered in real life just as it was described in the bible and the bible is the most accurate book ever writen). Some scientists did not beleive in the bible till they found many facts about it(i can remember the name of the guy who first started... he never beleived in the bible but after finding facts, he became christian (an evangelist). So yes, u can persuade a person who does beleive in the bible. (u can go to a library and do a research).
2. no, u never get tired of praising. as long as u are callling on God. He strengthens ppl.
3. Remember? he died for our sins. All he is asking for is obbedience. if we follow his word and do as he said, we would not go to hell. We have a choice. i'm not saying that it's easy to do as God say...it's very hard, cuz u gotta leave everything behind and follow him...it's hard (for christians too)...gotta be strong.
4. How will u feel if u were a teacher and u teach a lesson but none of your student beleive u or obey you. won't u punish them?...God wants the best for all of us, His intention is not to hurt us or punish us. We ppl, punish ourselves.
5. if u want your prayers to come true, u gotta beleive it. and don't expect God to answer your prayer right away...it takes time but u gotta be strong...have faith and keep praying. Maybe they died because it was time for them to leave the earth...maybe it's because God know that they are better off dying now then later...maybe it's because u didn't have faith in him while u were praying...i dunno...all i know is that God answers prayers...keep praying...don't give up
i hope this helped

1. With prophecies that have been fulfilled. For example, no one in biblical time would have considered that Israel would become a nation again, and that the tribes would return, but guess what? It happened.
2. I think there's probably more to heaven than 24 hour a day praising. He will wipe very tear from our eyes.
3. Only pre-tribbers think He'll come back to rapture the church at the beginning of the trib. The tribulation is a warning, it's our last chance, and the bible never says we'll get raptured away from it, that's just wishful thinking. The rapture happens after the trib, directly before the final wrath, (He did promise to protect us from the final wrath), so everyone will have the chance to accept God. He'll give plenty of proof to persuade them, thats the point.
4. See 3, He's giving everyone a chance, He wants us to believe, to be with Him in heaven.
5. I'm sorry, that's hard. I can't answer why God does what He does, He sees the big picture, I can only see the here and now. Maybe He was ending her suffering? I don't really know, no one does.

I usually use things other than the Bible. You just have to witness to whomever and hope that what you said got through to them.
Actually i kind of agree on that point that praising God forever and ever would be boring after a while. I personally hope there will be other things to do in heaven. After all heaven is suppose to be a place of complete peace and happiness so surely there would be things that we liked there like gardens and animals and even a feast. I personally hope we can eat all we want and never gain weight now that's heaven. lol. And we are all suppose to have a room or a mansion depending on what your denomination believes so surely there would be things for us in our own space in heaven.
Not everyone that goes through the tribulation will go to hell some will find God during this time and become believers. Haven't you see left behind? j/k. I was reading on pastor harry's website and he claims there will be two raptures so i began doing my own research and found the scripture to back up his claim. Before the tribulation there will be the rapture that is often referred to when people will just suddenly disappear and then after tribulation times Jesus will come back to judge all people and the ones that remained faithful during the tribulation will also make it into heaven.
Does nearly all humanity not believe in his son? Jesus isn't suppose to return until everyone has been given the oppurtunity to accept Jesus as their savior. That's why it never seems to happen. God is very patient and he doesn't want anyone to perish so he is waiting and waiting and hoping that everyone will come around.
When someone is on their deathbed and the dr may say they give the person two weeks or two months or two days or whatever that is just a human best guess. There is no way that it can be predicted exactly when someone's time to die is. That is in God's hands. If your friend was suffering a lot perhaps it was time that her suffering on this earth was to end. Things may have been much worse for her if she had lived any longer. I believe that everyone has an appointment with death and only God knows when that time is that's why we need to be prepared to die at any time. You just need faith that God did what was best in the situation.

1. You can point out the internal consistency of the Bible while pointing to its external validation.
2. Yes, I can think of eternally praising the Lord in Heaven and I look forward to doing it.
3. During the tribulation, untold millions are prophesied to come to Christ.
4. God by definition is Good. He does not punish those who do not believe in Christ; instead, we punish ourselves if we do not accept His grace. This may be difficult to accept, but think of a good and fair teacher who fails a student. This is not done because of anything the teacher has done but because the student refused to learn.
5. We cannot determine when a person is supposed to die. Only God can. If you were told that a loved one was going to live a certain amount of time by a doctor or other medical professional and that person died earlier than you expected, I am sorry for this loss. I know it must have been a terribly painful thing. However, I am sure that the physician who gave you the prognosis of this person made the best guess possible with the information available. I am very sorry the information turned out to be wrong.
May God bless and keep you.

1.You can't, you have to use their faith not just your own.
2. That is why some believe in reincarnation. For many Heaven is just an escape from damnation and eternal punishment.
3. The rapture is not in the Bible, but a product of a publisher of Bibles. It was listed as an interpretation of the words there.
4. God is forgiving, and there are other just as valid paths to Him. The Christian Church just does not like to admit it and lose control of the people, their money and the power they surrender in some cases.
5. You do not know it was not time for them to die. God has His plans, they are not always for us to know or understand. Death is a part of life as well.

1. With love and persistance, God love her my mother is still trying to get me to church.
2. The only reason to goto heaven isn't just not to goto hell, that's just a perk. I can only surmise that if there is a heaven and the bible was right and you get there then the bible will also be right in saying you wont get tired of heaven.
3. Maybe to give people a chance to try out life, maybe its just a part of a plan, and maybe its like a goverment, and he has to go thru procedures.
4. Don't think of it as he is punishing you for not believing as he is giving you a way out with belief. It's not like humanity is owed an afterlife.
5. A question I've asked myself We can't see why, so we assume it must be God's fault. If everyone lived forever or too long then we would crowd faster etc.
These are not the answers of a hardcore christian or a sinner absolute, just a man that's asked them before as well.

1. I believe the Bible is a great resource and a tool for evangelism, but there are plenty of extra-Biblical resources and we don't have to rely solely on the Bible. Like you point out, if someone doesn't believe in the Bible, that doesn't work. I would point out that there is plenty of extra-Biblical evidence that supports and reaffirms the Bible.
2. I don't think we can really think of eternity. Everything we have ever experienced either has or will have an end-- eternity is too foreign a notion for us to grasp completely. But who says all we'll be doing is praising? We'll have an entire universe to explore-- "charting the unknown possibilities of existence."
3. The Tribulation is believed to be the last chance-- showing once and for all, without any doubt, the reality of God to anyone left. It will be a terrible time, and given its purpose, there's no reason for those who already believe to have to go through it. There will be many who are saved during the Tribulation, because of what the Tribulation shows them. Only those who see it all and still reject God will go to hell.
4. He doesn't punish nearly all humanity "just" for not believing his son, but for rejecting God himself. It's also not punishment. The people who go to hell choose to go there and choose to be separated from God. There are many Bible verses that say God does not hold us accountable for what we cannot know. Only those who choose to reject God will go to hell.
5. Often it is hard to know what purpose God has for doing certain things. From our limited perspective, it doesn't make a lot of sense. But only God, who knows everything, knows when is the right time for someone to go to eternity.

I'm going to answer only two of these since you said "a couple."
3. Those who are alive when Jesus returns for His church will have one more chance to accept the Lord as Savior during the tribulation. People shouldn't rely on having that chance, however, because they could die before the rapture.
5. God does not take people home until it is HIS time for them to go and until they have completed the work that He has for them to do here on earth. If the person you were praying for was a Christian, then whatever time she died was when it was God's time for her to go home. A Christian is always safest in God's will doing the work that the Lord has placed them on earth to do.
The only people who do not die by the Lord's timing are those who commit suicide. Someone asked Mrs. Billy Graham what the Lord says about a Christian who commits suicide. She said, "He says that He did not call them home, but He welcomed them home."

1.He learns by example. not the Bible, but by seeing the true Christian. Then he will enquire if he is of the chosen.
2. You're thinking with a carnal mind. Your new body won't have the same needs. Hell is the absence of God.
Your new spiritual body will yearn for God. Heaven is much more than you can imagine.
3.Let's look at this more carefully. The rapture is to spare the saints of god the full tribulation. The later is also part of the next question.
4.he's not punishing them for not believing. All of us deserve death as it is written , the wages of sin is death., bur God in his mercy provided a way to save some a remnant saved by grace,
The name of every person who will be saved was written in the Lambs book of life at the foundation of the earth.
No man seeks the Father unless the Father puts it in his mind. No man can come to the Father but by the Son.
5. God has a plan , like ripples in a lake, everything effects everything else. We don't know the will of God so we pray. God in his mercy has shortened the suffering.
Trust in God, we are no more than the sub total of our experiences. we grow spiritually be ingesting Gods word.
Study to show thyself approved of God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word truth.

I will try to answer your questions to the best of my ability.
1. It is not necessarily a Christian's duty to persuade a person to believe. A Christian merely tells a person what the Bible says; sort of plant a seed. The Holy Spirit of God is the person responsible for bringing that person to a knowledge of God and the truth of the Bible. A Christian may "water" that initial "seed" from time to time and the compassion and love shown to the unbeliever may help in their conversion.
2. A person could go crazy trying to comprehend eternity. However, I know that I will spend it in heaven because I am saved by the blood of Jesus Christ. As far as getting bored, when a person reaches heaven they are in glorified perfect bodies and as far as I am concerned there wont be the possibility of boredom in heaven.
3. Jesus will come back and rapture the church before the tribulation because they have believed on Him. The tribulation is a pouring out of God's wrath on the earth and unbelievers. Just like you would not want someone punished for something they did not do; God does not want His church to go through the tribulation meant for unbelievers.
4. There is no questioning that God is good; however God also has many other attributes. Among these are His holiness and His sense of justice. Because God is just He must give people the fate they deserve. This may seem evil or wrong, but through out the Bible unbelievers are punished by an eternal death. You may say what about people who do not have the Bible. The Bible also addresses this; it says that creation is evidence that there is a God and because of this they do not have any excuse at the final judgement. The main point here is that God is also holy. Because God is holy He cannot be in the presence of sin. Therefore people who are not saved from their sin must be eternally separated from God and cannot go to heaven. According to the Bible, hell was made for the devil and his angels, not for human beings. It was because of Adams sin that humans became eligable for hell.
5. As far as this question goes I dont know that I have a cut and dry answer. Everyone has their time. God may have taken this person in your life to cause to come to know Him as your Saviour. In my opinion, based on your questions God may have taken this person to cause you to ask these questions and for me to answer them and to present to you the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is definitely hard to lose a loved one. I extend to you my deepest sympathies. I to recently lost a grandparent that I loved dearly.
If you would like to know more about becoming a Christian please do not hesitate to email me at k_hamblen@yahoo.com I would love to show you how you can know for sure that you are going to heaven when you die.
I hope these answers were satisfactory.
