Yes, you will have an outstanding warrant for your arrest waiting for you when you come back from your little vacation. It will carry a much bigger sentence that your OWI. Good luck on what you do.

If you do not report as instructed a warrant will be filled. They might not come and look for you that just depends on the county where it is filed and how busy they are but if you ever get stopped by a officer for anything and they run your name, ss#, or DL# it will come back and you will be arrested and trust me when I say that the punishment at that time will be a lot worse. Also as far as some say about it expiring after so long. No a warrant will not go away. It will be there until you take care of it or you get arrested which ever happens first. GOOD LUCK I hope you make the right decision.

Mr. 420 the statue of limitations only applys to a person being charged with a crime. Once charged if you fail to appear, dont show up for jail onced sentenced so on so forth there will be a warrent put out for your arrest. So if you havent already got your passport, travel papers and anything else your gonna need your screwed cause anytime they run your name and DOB or DL number its gonna pop up. It doesnt matter if you get pulled over on the opposite side of the U.S if they run your DL number it will pop up. If ya make it to Europe i wouldnt make many planes on comin back. Just do your time and be done with it usually any kind of operating while impaired wont carry much of a jail sentence just more or less probation. Unless your a habitual offender, then your screwed.

Yep. So ask yourself - you want to be on the run for the rest of your life, never being able to hold down a job or even visit your family, or do you want to spend a small amount of time in jail? I think I would take the jail time - Europe will always be there when you get out. . .

Mr.420 has smoked a little too much weed. You will always have a warrant out now. It's called failure to report. Now it's a felony warrant. Your best bet is to just stay overseas and forget about coming home. Unless you like prison?

This is why our country is falling apart at the seams. People don't want to take responsibility for their actions.

Go to Europe. Stay there.

Bye

No. The statute of limitations is 7 years (except w/murder) . If you can stay "underground" for 7yrs. than I think you will be cleared of those charges...But if I was you I would face up to the law...Be a man and do ( your ) time. "don't do the crime....if ya' can't do the time!!!)
