It's a law now?

You can put non-hazardous liquids in your checked baggage.

Under normal rules, hazardous materials may not be put in the cargo hold. That included small quantities of things such as hair spray and perfume which are flammable. There was an exemption for small personal quantities in carry on bags.

Now that all liquids are banned on carry on baggage, and since nothing has been said about a waiver for flammables like hair spray or perfume, then you're going to have to travel without those items and pick some up at your destination. If they're found in your checked baggage -- which I'd suspect to be rather likely right now -- they'll be confiscated and disposed of by the TSA inspectors.

You cannot carry liquids in your body either. Anyone with diarrhea is immediately arrested and detained.
