Save everyone the drama, and do not get too serious with either one of them just yet. There is no rush, and I would simply keep things on a "friendship" level. Guys tend to get so jealous and possessive during these things, and you don't want to make enemies. Let them both know that you are just dating right now, and want to enjoy getting to know them better, and their company. I would also hesitate being intimate, as feelings will get involved, and will surely get hurt. Yours as well. Respect yourself, and others, and you will find that you will make, and keep really good friendships. Boyfriends will come and go, trust me. But true friends, guys and girls, will last forever. how this happened i dont know but...
you need to chose one. a person cant "concentrate" on two people.
ask yourself
what you want/need.
do you want a r.ship?
which one has more to offer?
do you know where each one stands on the r.ship issue?
how does he feel about you?
make a list for each one write his good points & bad points then review the list. that may help you.once u've figured out this then approach the one that "looks more appealing/worth putting yourself out there to" best of luck

Pick one. I was part of a 3 way thing recently where we all knew about each other. It didn't turn out so well, even though we were all exceptional communicators.
