Well there's a lot of talk when it comes to losing weight, First, you're not going to lose any weight at 30 min over 3 days. Look at how many calories you're burning, you need to get your heart rate up to a good rate and keep it there, in 30 min depending on your current weight, on 3.0, you're probably burning about 100-150 calories. that's not much. but if you make it a regular thing, your body will continue burning at that rate for hours after you worked out.

Another thing you'll need to do is look at what you eat, make some changes, cut out a lot of the higher carb items and eat more protein. it won't help you at all to burn off 300 calories an hour if you're packing in 1500 at a sitting. Proteins are stored as muscle and sugars are stored as fat. also cut back on salt, salt makes your body store water, but that's not saying don't drink water, you should actually drink about as much water as you can. a gallon a day is a good start, yeah you'll pee your brains out, but you'll also pee out a lot of stored yech. so try these three things.
Workout,
eat protein,
and drink water.

you'll lose weight, but it won't happen in 3 days, more like 3 months. but if you stick to it, you should see some changes in a week.

Depends on your caloric intake. If you "treadmill" off 300 Calories, but go home and eat 400, you will actually gain weight. If you do not change your diet and you start exercising, about 3000 calories equals 1 pound. Do the math yourself.

I think if you loose weight in 3 days it's probably going to be water weight. And to loose weight, you have to combine excercise with a good low calorie diet.

Definitely. Every exercise you do helps you lose weight. But the amount of weight you gain or lose depends on the difference between the calories you take in (eat) and the calories you burn through exercise and just through your metabolism. How much weight you can lose in any given time depends on how much you're eating.

Proper exercise and proper diet? Yes, you can loose weight, not immediately after 3 days, but in considerable period of time, lets say 1 month.

You can do that for a while, but eventually your body will get used to that speed and you'll stop seeing results. You can alternate every five minutes from 3.0 to 3.5.
