Yup, are there anyways to loose wieht fast without using medications? or How can i loose wieght and how much in 15 days and by doing what?

LOL! you think of you are able to lose 40 two pounds in 6 weeks??!! it is humorous. it relatively is a million pound an afternoon. eat healthy and start exercising. You could drop as much as 10 pounds in 15 days just by doing that. And drink lots of water! The weight loss will slow down after that but keep it up and you will be healthy.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Try not to use any pills ,
i have tried medication but it was useless
stick to any healthy and balanced diet
water, water,water.
walking or jogging,
dancing burns a lot of calories.
never eat then sleep.

Change your eating habits, consume less calories, eat less fats. Excercise more. Walking is great.
