His eyes...when you have that eye-contact thing going on--the flirtations exchanged by glancing at each other or catching the other one looking at you or holding your gaze and you wonder what they're thinking...hmmmm !! That is the most sexy and attractive thing to me.

It depends.... on my bf, the eyes and face totally win, but there's a lot of other things--wait, I like every single thing about him lol. For most girls the thing they look at first is the face, If he has a good or decent face, then they see what else they like. But if he doesn't have an attractive face, then they usually don't even consider what other assets he has.
P.S. Girls LOVE it when guys smile, and vise-versa!

The first thing I look at in a guy is his eyes and those really attract me but it also has to fit into his face if you know what I mean

EYES & A GREAT UPPER BODY! Don't nessesaraly have to be ripped... Just big broad shoulders, nice arms, big hands, ...
