I HATE to excersize because when I was in a backbrace when I was younger I was requried to excersize ALL the time whether I liked it or not not only by my physical therapist but with my parents also.

I enjoy walking but get discouraged b/c the weight takes forever to come off and if I dont see results I stop all together.

Any suggestions?

Try dancing to the stereo ! its fun and pays off ! Or try something completely different like yoga, aerobics and pilates . Have a look on the web and stuff.

I would say DDR (Dance Dance Revolution), it's a fun dancing game with a disc and dancing pad. It cost $60, and they have workout courses where it tells you how many calories you've burned, and how many laps you've run. They have many hit songs, and it's a great workout for your legs.
