has anyone heard of something called selective persicution? this has to do with my last question because the older woman in that one isnt the only older woman that the 16 year old has been with and if they are goin to persicute one wont they have to persicute the others as well??? again we are in ny ... and in trouble if u havent answered part one of this pleaase do so we need all the help we can get thank you all

I haven't seen part one - and really don't think I want to. I THINK you mean selective prosecution.
There are so many factors that go into whether or not a case will be prosecuted that no one will (or should) give you a blanket answer. Try going to the Juvenile Officer at your P.D. and ask what is and what is not legal. A 16 year old boy sleeping with a 30 year old woman is USUALLY a crime - but-there are exceptions!!
You could also go the the library and actually READ the Penal Law. You really need to work on your spelling and grammar.

Its really fun trying to figure out what illiterate non-spellers are trying to say. Prosecute means to bring charges against, an persecute means to do what Hitler did to the Jews. You really should invest in a dictionary or at least use your spell checker.
