St. John's Ambulance has one of the best reputations around. Most of their courses are the ones people use to compare theirs to. Also, most places ask that you are First Aid Certified by St. John's.

They have an excellent reputation. St. John's certs are recognized at the same level as Red Cross certs. although there is sometimes a bit of confusion regarding the names of the courses.
