Methane ("natural gas") is worse than LPG.

LPG (mostly C3H8) is worse that gasoline vapors (mostly pentane through decane, centered around 8-carbon molecules). It is worse because it lasts a lot longer. Bigger molecules are more fragile and C8H18 lasts a day in full sunlight, on average.

I have seen studies that poor areas are really bad sources of un-burned propane emissions. And I find interesting the reports from people who've lived in Mexico City that propane companies are notorious for leaving the valve a tiny bit open (to increase sales). It certainly would result in high emissions.

The ozone layer problem and global warming are two totally separate issues. Neither LPG nor petrol (I assume "regular gas" means petrol, please try to be more precise) have a major effect on the ozone layer, but both are converted to CO2 after burning so they have a greenhouse effect. I assume you mean burning LPG or petrol, or do you mean just releasing them into the atmosphere?
There is no big difference in the amount of CO2 they release if they are doing an equivalent amount of work.
A lot of LPG gets flared off and wasted, producing CO2 that isn't even used for doing anything, so it should be used more.

LPG is a relatively clean fuel compared to standard Gasoline. It has fewer impurities, as it is "higher up" in the distillation column than gasoline.

If you watch crude oil burn, then lamp oil, then diesel, then gasoline, you'll notice they get progressively "cleaner".

Of course, none of these are as clean as Hydrogen, either burned, fused, or catalyzed in a fuel cell.

jet fuel is really bad, thats because its burned high in the atmosphere, and really messes things up.
