Not legally. If you tell them what's in the package, then they will not allow you to mail it. If you tell them it's something else, it's mail fraud. The link to the USPS site and their rule is below.

You cannot use the United States Postal Service to send alcohol to someone. It's against the law!

I'll repeat myself: It's against the law!

Use Fedex or UPS.

No. Not legally.
But FedEx and UPS now ship to most American states if it is shipped from within the USA.

yes you can. my mom was sent 2 bottles of wine through the mail.
