i have a theory that guys don't truly feel like Men if they can't be the one to pay for most of the dates.... if the woman pays too often, even if she makes more, eventually the guy feels weirded out and acts funny. is this true?

also... i mean for someone u really like, not just someone ur dating casually. if it's a soon to be wife, or wife... would u truly be A-OK with making less money and not being as capable as her regarding finances?

Some men, that's true. But not all men are they way. But a good rule of thumb, which I believe in is, the one who invites is the one who should pay. If a a lady was to buy me a dinner at a restaurant, I'd appreciate it. No weird feeling there.

Not true at all. A guy only feels like a man if he has a girl leech off him? No way.... Now, if your a controlling, possessive guy...yes. The money gives you all the power, and you can take care of that little girl he is dating....the one who can't pay for things.
Of course, lots of guys like to pay....because then the girl owes him payback for that....with sex.

I like 2 pay 4 my gf just cause it feels like I'm taking care of her but she says she'd like 2 pay her own which is fine w/ me.

yes im fell really akward if i dont pay for atleast half of it most of the time im happy if i pay for all of it i cant stand it when girls have to pay for themselves it makes me feel really bad
