Evolutionarily, it is not in their best interest to.
If the only thing that mattered was genes, it makes sense for the
male to mate with as many females as possible to have as many
children as possible. That is how genes "succeed" evolutionarily.
Women, on the other hand, must commit 9 months to every
child prior to mating usefully again.
Therefore, women want someone who stays around and helps
with bringing up the children. However (and this is the kicker) ...
She wants to mate with guys who are promiscous so that her
children will be promiscuous and spread her genes.
That is, if promiscuousness is genetically linked, it makes sense
for women to want that trait in their children.
Now, we aren't all just products of our genes, but there are very
strong evolutionary arguments for why men and women have
their stereotypical mating behaviors.
By the way, if you don't believe me about women's urge to
mate with people who are promiscuous: More than 1/3rd of
the babies born in hospitals where blood typing and gene
matching are done cannot possibly be the child of the father
listed on the admission form.

Boys want a little of everything from a girl. Of course, no one girl can give you everything. So the only way to get it all is to have several girlfriends. You have one that you can just relax with, one who like to talk, one who likes to go dancing, and such.

different girls can do different things. Guys get tired of a girl when they lose their spontaneity. They can't have just one because the one they have cant fulfill all their needs. I know it sounds bad but girls are the same way. When their man cant give them what they need, they want to find someone else that can fill those needs.

well can u plzz not sterotype us all. ur right most guys can't stay wth one girl but there r some good ones out there. the guys that can't have only one is cause they want to have more kisses and sex if they can get it.

maybe cause we -girls-don't do our best .sometimes life takes us -girls- from them as we are not always their to satisfy their needs of love caring about them feeling them that they are our men ,hero and love so they got mad and search for some girl else and keep the others to have 1 complete girl consists of many girls

cuz guys don't HAVE to be a on woman show, but if they initiate an exclusive relationship then it's his bad.. if he never did.. then all the girl can do now is complain.

well its because they r dogs one told me once that it was becuz if one girl broke up with them they have one more but their r some good guys out there

probably because the girls like it when the guy is a player type.....remember, us guys will do whatever it is that we think you like. when you sexually reward us for being a player and you aren't sexually rewarding the good one woman guy....we're gonna choose player.
